Bayshore Condominium Balcony and House Cart Policies

 

BALCONY POLICY:

  • DO NOT TILE OR CARPET your balcony. Tip: Several residents have created lovely balcony floor designs with paint--this is the way to go!

  • NO GRILLING on the balconies. This can be a BIG fire hazard!

  • NO Glass wine, glass bottles or cigarette butts on the balcony - strong winds can knock them below creating a hazard.

  • Be extra careful in watering balcony plants so as not to cause water overflow!  Additional caution when sweeping & scrubbing to get the "pigeon poop" off the balconies so as not to cause overrun to lower floors.


CARTS:

Several types of loading carts are used at Bayshore. The Doorman will assist you with specific needs. 

*ALWAYS use the elevator to send carts down to the 1st floor.  Just press that elevator to 1st and the Doorman will remove it from the elevator. Also, call the Doorman to request a cart be sent to your floor.
